    VASEN PP‑R butt fusion fittings are manufactured in accordance with the UNE‑EN ISO 15874 standard. The joining process involves heating the pipe ends and the fitting simultaneously on a flat heating plate until the material reaches the proper fusion temperature. The components are then pressed together, creating a uniform melt interface. After cooling, the result is a monolithic, leak‑proof, and highly robust joint, ensuring long‑term reliability in hot and cold water systems.
