    General The RCAZ series are Roof top type units incorporating centrifugal fans on condenser side, specially developed for installation where there is a need for static pressure although it may be installed on a roof or terrace. Air return is made on the unit front. Air supply may be made on the front or thought the base (downflow). The units are delivered totally finished, filled with the operating refrigerant charge, wired and ready for installation: duct connections, power supply, controller connection, drain, etc… These units have been produced under strict quality system through the entire process including a final run test to check basic operation parameters and safeties. Cabinet Units are constructed of high quality galvanized steel plate, finished with a polyester powder coating, electro statically applied and oven-polymerized of high resistance against corrosion. Chassis is constructed of strong steel profiles assuring the necessary rigidity for installation and transport. The finishing is in RAL-1013 colour. Refrigerant circuit Made of high grade refrigerant copper tubing, clean and dehydrated. Schrader valves on high & low sides. Filter drier, etc… Brazing is made with silver alloy under inert atmosphere. Compressors Reciprocating or Scroll depending upon models. Wide operation limits. Inherent thermal protection. All compressors are mounted on the base with vibration absorbers. Compressors include charge of lubrication oil and crankcase heater. One or two compressors depending on models. Heat exchangers Coils made of aluminium fins and seamless 3/8” copper tubing, high exchanging efficiency. Fans Centrifugal fans, double suction that allow for duct application. Fans are driven by three phase motor 230 or 400.3.50. IP54 protection. Transmission is made through pulleys and belt for airflow/static pressure regulation. Fans are of reduced sound power level, incorporate pre-lubricated bearings and are static and dynamically balanced. Expansion devices Thermostatic expansion valve.     2302 - Mini centrifugal fan RCAZ - Cooling only

    General The RCAZ series are Roof top type units incorporating centrifugal fans on condenser side, specially developed for installation where there is a need for static pressure although it may be installed on a roof or terrace. Air return is made on the unit front. Air supply may be made on the front or thought the base (downflow). The units are delivered totally finished, filled with the operating refrigerant charge, wired and ready for installation: duct connections, power supply, controller connection, drain, etc… These units have been produced under strict quality system through the entire process including a final run test to check basic operation parameters and safeties. Cabinet Units are constructed of high quality galvanized steel plate, finished with a polyester powder coating, electro statically applied and oven-polymerized of high resistance against corrosion. Chassis is constructed of strong steel profiles assuring the necessary rigidity for installation and transport. The finishing is in RAL-1013 colour. Refrigerant circuit Made of high grade refrigerant copper tubing, clean and dehydrated. Schrader valves on high & low sides. Filter drier, etc… Brazing is made with silver alloy under inert atmosphere. Compressors Reciprocating or Scroll depending upon models. Wide operation limits. Inherent thermal protection. All compressors are mounted on the base with vibration absorbers. Compressors include charge of lubrication oil and crankcase heater. One or two compressors depending on models. Heat exchangers Coils made of aluminium fins and seamless 3/8” copper tubing, high exchanging efficiency. Fans Centrifugal fans, double suction that allow for duct application. Fans are driven by three phase motor 230 or 400.3.50. IP54 protection. Transmission is made through pulleys and belt for airflow/static pressure regulation. Fans are of reduced sound power level, incorporate pre-lubricated bearings and are static and dynamically balanced. Expansion devices Thermostatic expansion valve. Air filters Polyurethane foam, washable. Fire class M1. Control equipment Room thermostat 24V ac. Transformer 24V outlet for the relay operating system. Contactors for compressor, fan motor, etc. Overloads for three phase fan motors. High pressure pressostat manual reset, low pressure pressostat automatic reset. Time delay, anticycle protection. Main circuit breaker. Options - Electric heaters. - Hot water heating coils. - Head pressure control. - Economizer. - Pre-coated condenser coils. - Other static pressures. - Magnetothermic circuit breakers.
