Units are supplied totally finished, having passed a strict final run test and ready to be installed on site (duct system, electric supply, controller, drain, . The unit is delivered with operational R410A charge. Cabinet Chassis is made of sturdy steel profile made form steel plate , giving the unit the structural rigidity, necessary for construction, maintenance handling and transport. Cabinet is made of galvanized steel sheet, finished with polyester powder, electrostatically applied and oven polymerized covering the edges and angles of optimum resistance to corrosion and outdoor ambients. The assembly is internally lined with thermo-accoustic insulation. Access panels are fixed by means of quick (1/4 turn) for easy access. Standard colour is RAL 1013 Refrigerant Circuit Made of high grade refrigerant copper tubing, clean and dehydrated. Schrader Valves on high & low sides,expansion device, filter drier,and suction accumulator, reversing valve and check valves in heat pumps, etc. Brazing is made with silver alloy. Compressors Scroll type . Specially designed for Heat Pump operation, wide operation limits. Inherent thermal protection. All compressors are mounted on the base with vibration absorbers.
