The PPR FASER UV pipe from VASEN is manufactured from polypropylene type 3 (PP-R) and incorporates an intermediate fiberglass layer that enhances its mechanical properties, together with an outer layer resistant to ultraviolet radiation. This configuration preserves the performance of the PPR FASER pipe while overcoming the typical limitations of conventional pipes in outdoor installations.
Black in color, it is manufactured in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 15874 standard. With proper system design, it is suitable for operation at temperatures of up to 80–90 °C, depending on the service pressure, and offers a service life exceeding 50 years.
