    452 - Outdoor unit axial condenser AXCZ Dual - Cooling only

    General
    The units that conform this series are cooling only outdoor units (Mod. AXCZ dual type).
    This units are designed to operate together with any of the evaporator units or indoor units we manufacture, of the equivalent capacities, even though the base set has been provided with the FTBZ series. The design itself and the components layout make the unit to adapt to a wide number of case studies. All of this, together with the split systems versatility, offer lots of installation possibilities of great assembly and maintenance simplicity.

    Cabinet
    Cabinet is made of galvanized steel sheet, finished with polyester powder, electrostatically applied and oven-polymerized of optimum resistance to corrosion and weathering. The compressor bay and of the refrigerant part is internally lined with thermoacoustic insulation.

    Refrigerant circuit
    Made of high grade refrigerant copper tubing, clean and dehydrated, incorporating filter dryer and Schrader Valves to allow easy access during verification, empty, charge and maintenance. Brazing is made with silver alloy soldering. Units are supplied with quick connect valves and R407c charge.

    Hermetic compressor
    Hermetic compressor, alternative, of wide operation limits. It is equipped with internal thermal protection -any other additional protection is not needed-, oil charge for its perfect lubrication and internal shock-absorbing system. Compressor is mounted on the base (chassis) by means of vibration absorbers and is acoustically insulated. All this guarantees a silent, vibration free operation.

    Exchanger
    Made of aluminum fin (fin space 2,1 mm) and 3/8 copper tube expanded mechanically, exchange high performance.

    Fans
    Propeller type, direct drive with single phase motor, 6 & 8 pole depending on models. Two motors with its fans. Fans are of reduced sound level, they incorporate prelubricated bearings and are statically and dynamically balanced.

    Control System
    Contactor for compressor and motor or fan motors. Timer for compressor startup limitation (according to models). High pressure switch non-adjustable, with manual reset. Outdoor adjustable thermostat for optional electric heater control.

    201 - Indoor unit FTZ - Cooling only

    General
    Series FTZ are ductable DX indoor units, cooling only or heat pump. Shallow design suitable for ceiling void location. Units have been developed to operate together with the DXCZ, DXCBZ series outdoor units but may be matched to other outdoor units of our manufacture of equivalent capacity. Units may be used to operate with free air discharge by means of a discharge plenum.

    Casing
    Made of high quality galvanized steel plate, the assembly is insulated with thermo-acoustic material.

    Refrigerant Circuit
    Is made of refrigeration grade copper tubing, thoroughly cleaned and dehydrated. Brazing is made with silver alloy soldering. These units are supplied hermetically sealed and include a Nitrogen charge.

    Indoor Heat Exchanger
    Made of copper tubing 3/8", mechanically expanded and aluminium fins.

    Fans
    Two centrifugal fans, double inlet, direct driven by means of a three-speed single phase motor (230.1.50Hz) with capacitor. Fans are of reduced sound level, they incorporate prelubricated bearings and are statically and dynamically balanced.

    Expansion device
    Is a "restrictor" (calibrated orifice).

    Air filter
    Polyurethane foam, auto-extinguishable and washable. Fire classification M1.
